Dear Friends
Here is the construction of a new nursery school, ages 0 to 6, near Higashi Hakuraku and Higashi Kanagawa, Hirakawa-cho, right next to a park and Kanagawa Sougou High School.
The owner, Mrs. Nakamura, is a builder. This is the third accredited school in ten years.
