Dear Romans and Friends
Sunday Report
I went to Yokohama Christ Church at 9 and enjoy the sermon. right after the Autumn Bazaar took place, started to rain but stop and restarted to rain in the afternoon. I met Rex and two scholars teaching Keio U. and MD in the advance hospital near Haneda who had a sabbatical in the UK with very intelligent very young daughter and a son as usual kid. I spent 3, 000 yen for the cakes, hot dog and other goodies. I told the rector that my appointment with him to take the war cemetery will be postponed to next Monday because His Majesty Ambassador is visiting the Yokohama area and I have to escort her. He said he would like to come with me to see the new ambassador, so I accept it, anyway it is his ambassador.
I met Rex, a Canadian gentleman whose wife is a St. Maur International school 3rd grade teacher, and I will continue meeting him to know better about the Canadian international school system to have a Canadian style education in Japan instead of American or British ones coming here in flocks. There are several reasons I think a Canadian system is good for Japan.
