Today at Ferris, we had Speaking and Listening classes.
First fifteen minutes with every five minutes interval, we had pair conversation with Journals.
We did thirty minutes listening of Unit 2: Job section
We had a presentation by each student with submitting their Journal.
Next Presentation Topic:
will be What is your dream job? How can you find a good job?

Today I went up to Ikuta and taught English Conversation to Agriculture and Engineering and Commerce students.
We listened Unit 2. We spoke on your town.
We covered pages 18 to 21.
Next: Speaking on page 27:
Think about someone who has had an important impact on your life.
What are they like?
How did you meet them? How have they influenced you?
; later start from page 22 and finish the Unit 2 next time.

( a paragraph)

Nihon U. Humanities
We had a presentation of
" A day of a week" today.
We need Textbook to read in class.
The fifth period, we covered the Chapter 4
and do page 24, Going Further and
the Topic of speaking should be: " Speak on an actual athlete you admire."

Dear Students and Friends
Wednesday
Today in Ferris we covered the Unit 1's listening in class.  We should answer most of the
Reading 's questions in the next class.
The most important thing is to have the latest textbook of "North Star Reading and Writing #3"
Textbook.  We would try to follow the textbook for Reading and answer the exercises in  the textbook.

We should write Journal from the end of each unit topic(Alternative Writing section).
This week is: Write about one factual athlete you admire.

Remember To get your Textbook: "North Star, Reading and Writing" Book 3.
It is about\3000; so we should use the textbook more.

Dear Students and Friends
This morning I had two Nichidai classes. First with Journal Report of "a day of a week" and NHK
Shaberanait.., plus three questions from the text book. I think the first class did not report on the questions from the textbook.

The afternoon classes had NHK Education DVD, presentation on page 75, and listening on Unit 7, Time and Money section.
Next class: presentation on Speaking section of page 77.

Dear Students and friends:
Today I went up to Ferris to teacher oral , communicative English. We have a textbook by Pearson group; we must use textbook mainly for listening lessons.
Our major concern of expressive ourselves deserve using partner approach in speaking and every 5 minutes, interact or exchange partner(s)and spend about 15 minutes in speaking.
We would have presentation of your prepared " A day of a week"in front of class. This will be your main source of grades. After that we would have about 30 minutes of listening with our textbook.
 We would check our vocabulary and some questions from the textbook.
The last fifteen minutes would be using NHK-E materials.
The Journal notebook will be collected and exchanged in the time of presentation.

We should start a certain routine to our studies of English in our universities. In order to succeed we must have Blogs showing some English reading and messages as well as reminding you of what you should do that week.

Dear Friends and Students
The Blog will be divided into two.
The first part will be on the blog(the mssage to friends)
The second part is messages to the university students.

The Blog: On Sunday I went up to Yokohama Union Church to help the fellowship.  I met Anna reading outside in church's bench. I asked why she was outside. She mentioned there are thre or four Sunday School teachers but only one student.She said,"there are too many teachers but only one student, so I don't want to get in."
I said,"there was a Brother in St. Joseph International School who came to study the existence of school said the reason why St. Joseph had a problem was there were too many chiefs, no Indians"
I felt this may be true with this Sunday School and hope not with the church.

To students of Aoyama, keep on working with your assigned work.
To Ikuta students: get your text work; do your assignment on speaking.  We should cover four pages or more each time.
To Ferris students of Monday: we will cover one unit in two weeks. You should write journals every week and write it down in B5 notebook, and exchange your conversations with your partners, and hand in your notebook and exchange with the previous week notebook.
October and November will be 50 words or more, December will be 80 words and January will be 100 words.
Our plan of class will be 15 minutes explantion on lessons.
15 minutes(7.5 Minutes each) of Speaking with your partners and interaction once.
30 minutes listening of Text.
15 minutes speaking on Speaking section of the textbook.
Collect notebooks and answer some questions of Textbook.

Today is start of October.
Morning: We read the textbook, chapter 2 on Tea; you have to answer the exercises and vocabulary. For Tuesday's class:speak on "summer/self introduction" of 50 words presentation.
 Afternoon: We worked on gto.nihonh@gmail.com and blog and watched NHK English classes. Next week 50 words presentation on "summer".
